But at the same time for a while Ember has been in a constant battle with the cook, Finn. Mr, hotter than anything coming out of his kitchen, Finn and Ember have been battling each other in some smexy tension filled banter for a while now and they just need to bang it out already. His whispers in her ear of the things he wants to do to her are hotter than anything he could possibly have cooking up on the stove. It is just the perfect short, but oh so explosive encounter!!

Camilla is the short novella where we are introduced to Camilla Knight and Owen Hart. Camilla is a hard working single mom to a young, Hockey loving son, Logan Knight. ( who eventually grows up to be our Hero in Cross Checked Hearts. Wyncote Wolves #1) She has spent years working hard and building a successful business and now at twenty-nine is CEO of her own company. When a business meeting introduces her to Owen Hart, who is obviously attracted to her. She shares in that attraction but where Owen is upfront about it she is more uncomfortable and tries to put distance between them. Let’s just say his persistence pays off, and Camilla decides to give into what she really wants. I love how it literally goes from dinner to down and dirty so fast. YUMMY!! If you haven’t met the Wyncote Wolves Hockey series by Cali Melle you absolutely NEED to ASAP.

My friends. I am absolutely cuckoo for Clay and Giana!🥰 I happen to love this take on a new adult/sports romance, which is a pretty common trope right now. Author Kandi Steiner attacks Clay and Giana’s story with gusto, giving us two extremely loveable characters that instantly captured my heart. With an attention grabbing storyline from the get go you will be instantly addicted to all things Giana and Clay. Y’all ready for this? Because this is a little bit sweet, a little bit swoony, and whole lotta sexy. Pearl Clutchers get ta clutchin’ because this is the 🔥HOTTEST 🔥virgin heroine romance this girl has ever read!🥵

Clay is still reeling from a shocking and unexpected dumping courtesy of his highschool sweetheart when he happens to notice the awkwardly adorable yet kind of hot Public Relations Coordinator for his team is losing it a bit over the musician at the place where they are having a business meeting. My Review

Holy cow y’all! I was NOT expecting what we got with Close Quarters. This book was phenomenal and then some. It had a dreamy billionaire, an off the chain luxury Yacht, gorgeous Mediterranean locations, a super shy and sweet heroine, the unlikable characters and plenty of ANGST. This does not even begin to sum up how cool this unputdownable book was though. Aspen and Theo’s story is anything but predictable in this new take on the billionaire romance trope.

Aspen Dawn is a truly remarkable character. This twenty-two year old recent college graduate is sweet and unselfish, humble and extremely beautiful. Yet she has no Idea. From behind her lens she is too used to looking at the beauty and wonder the world has to offer that she misses what she herself brings to the world. What was supposed to be a few quick snap shots of the yacht her boyfriend, Joel will be spending the summer on before she takes off alone on a trek across some of the Mediterranean most beautiful locations to build her photography portfolio, quickly changes into a life changing opportunity when she takes a picture of Theo Whitman. One look at Aspen and her photos and Mr. Whitman insists she join his crew for the summer as his on call onboard photographer. What seems like the perfect summer gig for Aspen and Joel to be able to see the world together and get paid to do what they both love, becomes anything but. As day by day things with her outgoing party loving Joel are not quite she expected and introverted Aspen finds herself drawn to Theo instead. The angst factor is real my friends as Aspen battles her unexpected growing feelings for Theo and grapples with the guilt of her diminishing feelings for the boy she’s loved for years.

“You are the voice I’ve always been afraid to have.” Theo held me closer. “And you are the life I’ve been waiting to live.”

Theo Whitman could have any woman he wanted. Though since the moment he laid eyes on the breathtakingly shy photographer, Aspen Dawn, all he can think about is her and what he can do to make her his. Finding every way in which he can, Theo starts showing Aspen things she’s only dreamed of, while also seeing parts of her no one else had ever bothered to take the time to. He sees Aspen. Amazing, unselfish, giving, loving Aspen. He loves seeing the wonder in her beautiful face discovering the most magnificent parts of the world and knowing he’s the one to give her the experiences. He just can’t help but to with he could make her see what’s right in front of her and make her realize she deserves so much better, and he wants to give it to her.

“Of all the yachts, in all the seas, in all the world, she walks onto mine.”

From the magical locations, Kandi Steiner spared none with her descriptions, making me envision every sight, smell, and color in vivid details. Discovering the wonderment along with Aspen, I felt like I was right there on the ship with them. To the secondary characters, some who definitely captured my heart, some I wanted to throttle for daring to treat my Aspen as they dared to. To the undeniably explosive chemistry between Aspen and Theo. I was addicted to every.single.word.

Even with the circumstances surrounding her relationship status I DIDN’T CARE. Though I am not actually that bothered by books that contain cheating. I would never do that but find it to be exciting and angsty and so freaking hot in a story. The allure of the forbidden will always tempt me. Add in the change at getting discovered and OMG I’m sold. However this is not a typical cheating scenario and I would say even if that bothers you to still give this a chance. It’s not at all what you will be expecting. It’s beautiful and romantic and sensual and wicked hot. 🔥I’ve never read two characters that were more inevitably perfect for one another and I was hoping, praying, yearning beyond all else that they would find a way to be together. Damn the consequences. A love that meant to be shouldn’t cause destruction of any kind. This is most definitely a MUST READ. It is unlike any other Kandi Steiner book I have read. An infinite amount of Stars for this book. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And Four Fan yourself cause it’s so flipping hot flames! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

My Review

OMG! Ritual will be the death of me yet, y’all! I’m so invested in the lives of the PSU crew. They are my people. I need to know what’s happening for them. This book was everything I was hoping it would be. It was exciting and sexy. It was filled with drama and misunderstandings. It made me laugh and it made me cry. I smiled, swore, fanned myself, cheered and seriously wanted to scream out in frustration.

I cannot wait for February, when we will get the next book. I have so many unanswered questions and need to see what’s going to happen now that Erin, Lei, and Jess are graduating. How they will still remain just as much a part of the series and what will happen for them when they are out of the KKB house and on their own.

If you haven’t started this series, now is the perfect time to get all caught up and start to fall in love with all of the amazing characters today!

My Review

O-M-G guys! This ending to the Becker Boys Series could not have been more perfect! If you told me I had to pick a favorite Becker boy, I’m not sure I could do that either, they are all so different and precious and just so loveable in their own ways. This beautiful angsty love story was one I couldn’t wait to get my hands on. Jordan Becker’s story was last , BUT certainly not least.

Jordan Becker is EVERYTHING! He’s the most amazing football coach, brother, son and person. He is loving and caring and just has this special way about him. He meets his match in Sydney Clark, in every way. She challenged him in ways he didn’t know he needed challenging and was everything he didn’t know was missing from his life and more. For so much of his life Jordan didn’t know exactly where he fit, but he fit with Sydney and her daughter, Paige. Their relationship was precious and it warmed my heart as much as it made me smile. Paige was adorable and funny and I couldn’t get enough of her with Jordan.

Sydney had been through the ringer, her history while heartbreaking made her the strongest most amazing woman and mother. I was pushing dm for her and Jordan because they just needed each other, they deserved each other. Even when they didn’t know it. I could say so many things about this woman but I don’t want to spoil anything. So I will just say, She.is.phenomenal!

It was fantastic to have all my Becker’s back together to wrap up this series. So many unanswered questions and prayers finally come to fruition for this precious family. I will just say, Y’ALL, this girl cried. I cried for the end of something that had become so precious to me. For the closure I needed in the most perfect of ways. Kandi gave me everything I longed for. The Epilogue, GAAHH! I couldn’t be a happier girl! This series is LIFE! Grab it today. 😍🔥🙌🏻🥃😍🔥🙌🏻🥃
