You don’t really know a guy until you’ve vacationed with him…
When Drew Wilson’s ex-boyfriend Joel “Six” Bailey asks her to go on his family trip to Hawaii with him just as her life is falling apart, she decides it’s the perfect time to give him another chance.
The hitch? The Bailey family includes Six’s rude older brother, Joshua–a hot-nerd doctor who has hated Drew since the moment they met and once suggested she’d steal the family silver.
Drew is determined to win the Baileys over and give this thing with Six a fair shot…but Joshua is making that difficult. Not simply because he is in her way at every turn, but because–as one tropical adventure leads to the next–she’s beginning to wonder if obnoxious, odious Joshua might be the brother she actually belongs with.

I am obsessed with anything that Elizabeth O’Roark writes. Devil and the Deep Blue Sea was just what I needed in my life right now. It was the most delicious secret, forbidden, hooking up with your ex boyfriend’s brother while on vacation, romance. The journey to love between this gorgeous rockstar -who’s not got her stuff together and hot doctor, who happens to be the perfect humanitarian and son, is an unforgettably exciting and engaging story.
I loved the entire dynamic between Drew and Joshua and how they were stuck around each other on the trip. Them being forced to be around each other added many layers to the tension brewing between. It gave this gloriously fantastic tale the absolute best banter ever! These characters are so well written. They are beautifully complex and phenomenally intriguing. I love how they are able to balance each other. Drew is broken in so many ways and even though she couldn’t stand judgemental Dr. Joshua at first, it’s apparent that this man is the one who can fix her broken picked apart pieces and build her back up to everything she’s capable of being and more. Joshua is the most loving and caring son. He’s so annoyed by his brother and determined to be the opposite of his father. He doesn’t like what Drew and his brother stand for, although the more time he spends with her he realizes she’s nothing like he thought.
I couldn’t get enough of their bickering and banter back and forth. It makes the story flow absolutely flawlessly. The characters are full of heart, depth and emotions. There is just enough humor, steam, banter, and frustration to keep you obsessed from the second you crack the book until the last word is read, and then I promise you still won’t want to let these characters go. I loved getting some more little nuggets of Tali and Hayes.🥰🥰 I’m totally devoted to any “Devil’s” of Elizabeth O’Roark’s. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Flipping Fantastic Stars!!

Even if it means letting her go.
This is a full-length 105k-word novel with NO cliff-hanger and an HEA, set in the Mazzone Mafia world. This is the third and final book in this series. For readers who enjoy friends-to-lovers, second chance, reverse age-gap, dark mafia romance. May contain triggers – please read the note at the start of the book.
Oh my goodness!! Talk about mafia magnificence. Alessandro and Serena’s story is like no other in the mafia romance genre. This story is heartbreaking but also healing to its core. This world in which Siobhan Davis has created is unforgettable, the stories unputdownable.
Serena’s character is rebuilding a life for herself after years of abuse. Her journey is one of self discovery, healing, and so much strength. It’s about realizing your strength that lies within, while dealing with the struggles that go along with trauma. I loved her character and I wanted all that’s good in life to find her and her children. I wanted her to find a partner who would treat her like the treasure she is, and I think Alesso is most definitely the man for the job.
Alesso was such a fantastic hero in this book. Total slow burn book boyfriend goals. He was so kind, loving and patient. He was a delicious alpha and protector. He was longing for everything only she could give him, and in return he wanted to be there for her and her adorable kids. He gladly fulfilled a missing chunk in their lives.
Of course… Since this was a Siobhan Davis novel it was jam packed with heart dropping moments, moving fast paced ensuring you didn’t want to stop reading once you had started. I just loved this world and all the H & h’s. This is the perfect time to dive right into the Mazzone Mafia series. Each book focuses on a different couple and gives you a perfect HEA. 🥰
She slams to a halt, turning to face me. “I would never deliberately deceive you. That’s not who I am.” Fire underscores her tone, and I like hearing it.
“I didn’t mean it that way. I know who you are.”
The saddest expression washes over her features. “If that was true, you wouldn’t be standing here with me now. You wouldn’t be spending time with me each day. You would run a mile if you realized exactly who I am.”
I risk stepping a little closer. “I have known you long enough to know the kind of woman you are, Serena. I’d like to think you’ve known me long enough to know you could tell me anything, and it wouldn’t scare me away.” Reaching out slowly, I take her gloved hands in my bare ones. “I spend time with you because I enjoy it. I want to get to know you better. I want to support you as you deal with the things you need to deal with.”
“Why me? I’m too old. Too broken. I have kids. I come with so much baggage I’m completely weighted down with it. I—”
I can’t listen to her beat herself up any longer, so I place two fingers over her mouth, quietly shushing her as I prepare to negate each of her concerns. “One. You’re not too old, and I’m not too young. Age is just a number, and I refuse to allow stupid societal norms to dictate who I spend my time with or categorize the nature of that relationship. Two. Broken is subjective, and we all have our broken parts, but guess what?” I move my fingers from her lips to her cheeks, silently rejoicing when she doesn’t flinch or shy away. “Broken parts can be glued back together. Three, I adore your kids, and they are the cherry on top. And four, every single person in the world has some kind of baggage. It’s called life.”
Tears glisten in her eyes, spilling onto her cheeks. “You’re not real,” she whispers. “You can’t be.”
My heart aches for her because I see the mistrust and disbelief in her eyes. “I’m real, Rena.” Taking her hand, I slip it under my coat and over my shirt-covered chest, where my heart is currently jumping cartwheels in honor of her presence. “I’m as real as it gets.”
Clark Griswold was onto something, at least with his annual holiday meltdown. And since the last three weeks of my life have been riddled with humbug—another breakup, a broken toe, an office promotion I deserved and didn’t get—I’m not at all in the mood to celebrate nor have the happ, happ, happiest Christmas EVER.
When Mom insisted that we all gather at my Grandparent’s ancient cabin for an old school family Christmas, I fully intended to get into the holiday spirit with the help of the three wise men, Johnnie Walker, Jack Daniels, and Jim Beam. But those boys did absolutely nothing to offset the shock or temper the sting of seeing my EX on our doorstep the first day of our holiday soiree.
Apparently, Santa missed the memo, and this elf is pissed.
Stuck for a week with the man who obliterated my heart nearly two decades ago, I did the only thing I could do and put on my game face, thankful for the home advantage.
I knew better than to drink that last cup of eggnog.
I knew better than to get tongue tangled beneath the mistletoe with the only man to ever break my heart.
I knew better than to sleep with Satan’s wingman on the eve of the Lord’s birthday.
I could blame the nog. I could blame the deceitful light blue eyes, thick, angelic hair, and panty evaporating smirk…but mostly, I blame Eli because he always knew exactly which of my buttons to push.
I foolishly thought a family Christmas filled with nostalgia was going to turn my inner Scrooge around, but this year’s festivities went up in flames. Leave it to the ghost of my Christmas past to be the one to light the match.
Fa la la la la, la FML.

Eighteen-year-old, Bronwyn Littleton is in love with a stranger she met on a summer night a year ago.
A stranger who was tall and broad in a way that made her feel safe. He had dark blue eyes that she can’t stop drawing in her sketch book. And he had a deep, soothing voice that she can’t stop hearing in her dreams.
That’s all she knows about him though.
Until she runs into him again. At St. Mary’s School for Troubled Teenagers – an all girls reform school – where she’s trapped because of a little crime she committed in the name of her art.
Now she knows that her dream man has a name: Conrad Thorne.
She knows that his eyes are way bluer and way more beautiful than she thought. And that his face is an artist’s wonderland.
But she also knows that Conrad is her best friend’s older brother. Which means he’s completely off-limits. Not to mention, he’s the new soccer coach, which makes him off-limits times two.
What makes him off-limits times three however, and this whole scenario an epic tragedy, is that, Conrad, Wyn’s dream man, has a dream girl of his own.
And he’s as much in love with his dream girl as Wyn is in love with him…
NOTE: This is a STANDALONE set in the world of St. Mary’s.
MY FAVORITE St. Mary’s Rebels book so far! WYN and Conrad are legit EVERYTHING! Their story is forbidden, swoony, sexy, frustrating, and emotional. Both of these characters are complex and imperfectly perfect in their own ways. From their first meet cute to the complicated dynamics of their attraction eighteen months later they have a journey that is kismet and uniquely theirs.
I love how all encompassing this story is. From every character to every scene I was addicted to this angsty and unputdownable tale of forbidden love. This was forbidden gold, it had age-gap, best friend’s brother, and also coach/student all combined to make the perfect smorgasbord of everything I love in the romance genre. Like a delicious blend of trope tea I couldn’t wait to drink down. It’s definitely a book I want to already go back and reread just to make sure I didn’t miss anything at all the first go. It’s a standalone and the third book in the St. Mary’s Rebels series but I would recommend reading the first two books as you meet these characters and they are big parts in the first two books. Plus they are just really fantastic. Grab this phenomenal book today!! Five forbidden first love stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was the perfect conclusion to the duet! Like break me absolutely in half and put me back together again. Keeping me completely on edge the entire way through Calder and Sutton’s continuing storyline. Blood, sweat and tears were shed by all. This story, as gritty and devastating as it was gripping and perfect. Everything that happened, had to happen the way it did for it to go the way it did. Trilina artfully plotted and planned down to the finest of details. My senses were in overdrive. I felt like I was there. Felt the fear, heartbreak, love, loss, excitement, all alongside the characters. That’s the mark of a truly great book. You get so enraptured by the story you forget you are not actually in that moment. Guys I’m telling you. Grab this duet! It is magical. It is the kind of kismet love story you will never forget and never fully recover from. All the stars in the galaxy for Calder and Sutton! ⭐️✨⭐️✨⭐️✨⭐️✨⭐️✨⭐️✨

Marymount girls are good girls. We’re chaste, we’re untouched, and even if we weren’t, no one would know, because we keep our mouths shut.
Not that I have anything to share anyway. I never let guys go too far. I’m behaved.
Beautiful, smart, talented, popular, my skirt’s always pressed, and I never have a hair out of place. I own the hallways, walking tall on Monday and dropping to my knees like the good Catholic girl I am on Sunday.
That’s me. Always in control.
Or so they think. The truth is that it’s easy for me to resist them, because what I truly want, they can never be. Something soft and smooth. Someone dangerous and wild.
Unfortunately, what I want I have to hide. In the locker room after hours. The bathroom stall between classes. The showers after practice.
My head swimming. My hand up her skirt.
For me, life is a web of secrets. No one can find out mine.
I cross the tracks every day for one reason—to graduate from this school and get into the Ivy League. I’m not ashamed of where I come from, my family, or how everyone at Marymount thinks my skirts are too short and my lipstick is too red.
Clay Collins and her friends have always turned up their noses at me. The witch with her beautiful skin, clean shoes, and rich parents who torments me daily and thinks I won’t fight back.
At least not until I get her alone and find out she’s hiding so much more than just what’s underneath those pretty clothes.
The princess thinks I’ll scratch her itch. She thinks she’s still pure as long as it’s not a guy touching her.
I told her to stay on her side of town. I told her not to cross the tracks.
But one night, she did. And when I’m done with her, she’ll never be pure again.
*Tryst Six Venom is a standalone, new adult romance between the wealthy princess with a temper for what’s hers and the hard girl from the wrong crowd. One battles convention. The other, her pride. But nothing will stop it.

Y’all this is an amazing F/F story. Now I’m not one that ever pictured myself grabbing a f/f book but let me tell you the fact that Penelope Douglas wrote it had me intrigued. So I was all in for giving it a go. I’m so glad I did. This book was everything I hoped it would be and so so much more. Penelope Douglas killed it with this book!!
This was Clay and Liv’s story. The gorgeous rich girl and the hot theater girl from the swamp. This was the ultimate opposites attract story and a total enemies to lovers masterpiece! It was so emotionally riveting and angsty and perfectly frustrating. I loved everything about this book. All the Jaeger brothers and their protectiveness over Liv. I couldn’t put it down!! I was entranced from the moment I started.
It was smoking hot but more. This book was just a phenomenal love story. It was a perfect story about coming into your own and being happy to finally be who you are meant to be and finding your once person who helps you to do that. GAH!! It’s just so fantastic y’all!
This is definitely a must read , people. FIVE STARS!!

I stalk down the nearly empty row, drop my bag, and look at her. She turns her head, sees me and rises, grabbing her backpack, but I slide into the seat, grab her wrist, and yank her ass back down.
“Sit,” I growl through my teeth, feeling heat rise up my neck as she crashes back into the wooden pew, her jaw flexing.
There’s no point in denying myself any of this. I’m a bitch, but only to her, and only because it feels so good. Fuck it.
“Do something for me?” I ask her, keeping my voice low as students fill the rows around us, and the altar servers light the candles. “Move your ass a little faster down the field than my grandmother this Saturday, or is that too much trouble?”
Liv doesn’t look at me, just stares ahead as she lets out a quiet little laugh. “I haul ass down that field.” Relaxing back into her seat, she hangs her elbows over the back of the pew, and her shirt creeps up a little. I spot the switchblade she keeps hooked over the waist of her skirt, but hidden on the inside, that only I seem to know about. So far anyway. She goes on, “I’ll never understand how a princess who can’t pass a ball for shit and brags to anyone who will listen about being a Swiftie,” and she does air quotes, “‘even before she went pop’ is our team captain. Oh, wait. Yes, I do understand. Daddy is useful. When he’s there.”
My father didn’t get me that position. She can think what she likes.
But I grin and turn toward the front of the church, my arm brushing hers.
“Swiftie?” I say. “Aw, you stalk my Twitter.”
That was like four years ago when I said that.
But she just mumbles, “I couldn’t care less about your Twitter and your twenty-eight followers.”
“At least I don’t lose a dozen every day,” I retort.
Yeah, maybe I stalk her Twitter, too. And I don’t have twenty-eight followers. I don’t have as many as her, but it’s more than twenty-eight.
“The world just doesn’t like tattooed feminazis with hairy armpits,” I tell her, my gaze catching the dimple on her cheek as she smirks, “who pass judgments like all the other constipated Captain Americas on social media who act like they really know anything when they’re just angry their life sucks donkey nuts.”
The dimple grows deeper, her matte red lips pursing to keep her amusement at bay. My heart thumps, and for a moment, I can’t look away. Sometimes I get lost, looking at her. The shape of her nose that I’m kind of jealous of. How soft the lobe of her ear looks. The way she chews the corner of her mouth sometimes.
“Is everything okay?” someone says, snapping me out of it.
I turn my head, seeing Megan Martelle standing over us, holding a stack of collection baskets. Her blue eyes flit between Liv and me, knowing very well that this isn’t a friendly conversation, but lucky for her, this isn’t any of her damn business.
“Fine, thanks,” I reply, my tone a big enough hint she’d have to be blind to miss.
But she looks to Liv instead. “Liv?”
Excuse me? It’s not the name. It’s how she says it. Like they know each other.
Liv must give her some gesture or something, because Martelle gives me one last look and then slowly leaves, continuing down the aisle toward the back of the church without another word.
What the hell is she thinking? Does she want to become my next hobby or something?
I reach down and pull my backpack closer before turning my eyes back to Liv to see if she’s watching her leave.
But she’s staring at me instead, amusement in her eyes.
“What the hell are you smiling at?” I demand.
She never loses her cool, and it pisses me off.
But she just replies, “You have a tattoo.”
Her gaze drifts to my hand, and I squeeze my fingers together, covering it. All over again, I feel the needle carve into the inside of my middle finger on my left hand.
Fair enough. I’d mocked tattooed feminazis, an umbrella term I tossed her under, when, in fact, she doesn’t actually have any tattoos. Not even the one of her family’s little Sanoa Bay gang—the snake and hourglass that she wears on a bracelet around her wrist. Her brothers all seem to have it inked on them somewhere.
Her eyes hold mine, maybe waiting for a response or daring me for one, but the light coming in from the stained-glass windows catches the coppery glint of the strands in her dark hair, a lock hanging over her eye as the rest spills around her shoulders. A dozen or so little braids decorate her hair, none of the ends secured with rubber bands. She looks like a warrior girl in one of those futuristic dystopian movies.
And all of a sudden, nothing is hot anymore. It’s just incredibly warm.
I squeeze my fingers tighter, the lines inked on the inside of my finger making the four quarters of an inch on a ruler, very few ever notice the lines, and those who do probably just assume I’ve leaked pen on myself.
Within that inch we are free. One inch.
“Clay?” she says, her tone different.
I don’t realize I’m staring off until I bring my eyes back into focus and see the black of her Polo shirt. I lift my gaze, seeing a worried expression on hers.
Her eyes shift to my hand on the pew in front of us, and I notice that it’s shaking.
“You okay?” she asks.
I inhale hard, angry at myself. Why would I not be okay?
She grabs my backpack. “You need one of your little blue pills?”
But I snatch the pack out of her hands and glare at her. “If you let her touch you,” I bite out, changing the subject. “She will live to regret it. I don’t even have to leave this seat to ruin her life.”
Liv looks back at me, and I want to get closer—get in her face, because I want a reaction.
“She won’t be able to take it,” I growl in a low voice. “I will keep going until she can’t take it.”
I can ruin anyone’s life from my phone. It would be fun. And easy.
“You’re not embarrassing our team,” I finally tell her.
Megan was flirting yesterday. There’s no way in hell that’s happening.
She holds my gaze and then draws in a breath, another fucking air of delight written all over her stupid, fucking face. “I don’t like women who chase me anyway,” she says. “When I want them, they know.”
A tingle spreads up my spine, and when I expect to feel anger at her boldness, something else comes over me instead.
When I want them, they know. How do they know? What does she do?
But she rises from her seat without elaborating. “Excuse me,” she says, and takes her bag, trying to leave.
But I stomp down the kneeler, grab her wrist, and yank her to her knees. She sucks in a breath as she catches herself on the pew in front of her, and I pick up my backpack and rise.
“Sit your ass down,” I grit out.
I don’t stay to see her reaction. I spin around, ignoring the spying eyes from those around us, and leave the chapel just as Mass begins.

She lives in Las Vegas with her husband and their daughter.
Two years ago, Reed Jackson betrayed Calliope Thorne and broke her heart. So she stole his most prized possession – a white mustang – and drove it into the lake for revenge. Now, Callie is stuck at a reform school while Reed is off at college, living his life without repercussions. Until he comes back. With him comes back all the feelings that Callie has been trying to bury: anger and heartbreak. But most of all, desire. At the sight of his beautiful but lying lips and his gunmetal gray eyes that still taunt and smolder when he looks at her. Whatever though. It’s not as if Callie is ever going to fall for her ex-boyfriend again. Or let him corner her in a bar one night and touch her, kiss her… Neither is she going to kiss him back. Or worse, sleep with him. Because that would make her naïve and foolish. Oh, and also pregnant. And there’s no way Callie is ever going to get pregnant at eighteen and with Reed’s baby, no less. The guy she hates. The guy who taught her all about heartbreak. Who might look like a gorgeous hero but really is the villain of her story. NOTE: This story is a standalone and does not contain cheating.
Holy moly!!! Talk about a fairy bringing the villain to his knees. Now I’m not sure exactly what I was expecting when I went into this book but this was more than. It was frustratingly angsty. I spent much of this book anticipating the moment when Callie and Reed would get it together. If they’d ever get it together. I loved the push and pull and underlying tension between them for much of this book. It brought such a dark sexiness to the background of everything that was going on and made me hope against all hope that they would be able to work out their crap. There was just something that made you sympathetic to Callie because of the way Reedhad hurt her, and there was definitely something that made your heart bleed for Reed.
Reed Roman Jackson is legit the villain of my dreams. He’s hot, rich and alpha AF. He’s super protective of his Fae and he’s self punishing to the nth degree. I loved how he said he didn’t love anything or anyone but you could just tell he had this huge capacity to love if he could only realize it.
Calliope Thorne’s character was so perfectly written and perfect for the heroine to compliment Reed Roman Jackson. This tiny fiery ballerina with so much spirit and love to give and not a bit of fear when it came to standing up to the big huge men in her life.
Now the first ⅓ of this book is the prequel, The Wild Mustang and the Dancing Fairy. Then the rest is two years after the incident that happens in the prequel. Get ready to see some big time character growing, especially in the last ⅓ of this book. There is so much in the story that finally explains why our Wild Mustang is the way he is, and why he is unable to love anyone. Or has he finally found the ones he loves more than anything?
I’m obsessed with the level of alpha/possessiveness. It’s fanning yourself over and over, sweating and jaw dropping kinda hot. I Love it so much!

Well friends, my favorite slice my heart and put it back together author, Jewel E. Ann has written another masterpiece that will impact this girl’s heart FOREVER!!
For Lucy was so much more than I could have ever imagined I was getting and it was magical. Every tear inducing, gut wrenching, humblingly hilarious, never gonna be the same after this moment.
This story is so real and raw, so true to life and that’s what made it so much easier for me to fall right into every word, emotion, every sentence. To fall in love with these tragically broken characters and hope and pray they can find true happiness in their lives again.
This is an amazing story of the lengths of what one person will do to protect the people they love most in the world. My heart broke and it swooned. The absolute sacrifices this person suffered in some ways in silence about many things was astounding. To be loved by someone that much. What.a.dream. Now their life’s circumstances were by no means easy and talk about clawing, kicking and scratching your way back from the depths of despair. But I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything else. I was eye opening, unforgettable and I am forever going to be thinking about these wonderful characters.
Get ready because Jewel E. Ann brings the tears, the drama, the laughter and every other emotion out there in this not to miss story.

I laughed, I cried, I stressed, I swooned. I fell so hard for and couldn’t help but to root for the sexy, sweet and so perfectly matched for Stella , Remy. In the past ladies I may have claimed in no uncertain terms that Ryder was MINE, but believe me when I say Remy sure gives him a run for his money. He’s mine too just letting y’all know now! I will share him with Stella, cause she’s my girl and her and Pen would probably gang up on me, but I’m not sharing with nobody else. Lol 😏
Stella is a loving friend, sweet, sassy, but is trying to regain her confidence after her ex-husband did the unthinkable. When she first sees the off limits, Remy, she is blown away by this drop dead gorgeous man. He is legit EVERYTHING! He could do things to her body she didn’t even know were possible.
She’s had a rough go as of late and he only wants to make her feel desired and make her feel better. They both know this can only be a super secret vacation romance. When life throws situations that beg to differ will Stella take the opportunity given and finally get her much deserved HEA?
Remy is working as the bosun on a chartered Yacht when he first meets Stella and her band of wild and missflt friends. He is this phenomenally hot, sweet, young and fun-loving guy but also very off-limits charter staff member. But he’s also very mature and polite. However he is hiding some secrets and feelings of his own. This guy may be young but he’s far from a kid, the stuff he’s seen and dealing with, OMG!! The tears y’all. Oh how I cried! . This guy is all alpha man. He’s dirty and dominant in the bedroom, and sweet and the perfect gentleman outside. AHHH! Yes, he’s that Yummy of a combo, ladies. He’s got it bad for his “sexy Stella.” When the vacation is over can Remy just walk away and just forget about Stella?
There are most definitely many obstacles that she and Remy must overcome but they just had this undeniable chemistry from the moment they first met. It was hot and electric and they never stood a chance at not giving into their feelings physically, they were just that flipping hot y’all! But more than that, their emotional connection.
There is always something a little unconventional about Harlow Layne’s couples, they are truly amazingly beautifully connected couples. Be it life circumstances, appearances, or age difference, she always manages to shock us in some way with their life’s journey up to the point of meeting. Her approach to how her couples handle and grow through their challenges and differences are what makes her books heartwarming, edgy, swoony, suspenseful and at times angsty. Nevertheless her couples love stories always manage to transcend whatever life throws their way. The characters are strong, resilient and above all they LOVE BIG and love should always win. It does and so do you with every Harlow Layne book, because there is always a Happily Ever After!!
