My Review
Deliver Us is one of the most dark, delicious, sinister , addictive series I have ever read. It is so raw and gritty and spares no deviously demented deltail that I really should be more disturbed, instead… I cannot get enough of these characters who should be unredeemable in every way. I’m a true sucker for a Stockholmn y’all! I want to see the most darling sinde to the former deplorable. Give me all the redemption, absolution, let me see every heard fought moment of vindication.

In Deliver , book one we get the story of Liv and Joshua Carter, the All American, college football hero on his path to a life serving his creator. Unknowingly watched and ultimately chosen because he painted the picture of innocence with his gorgeous green eyes, Christiananity and disciplined skills on the field and off around his parents’ farm. From the get go things start to go anyway but how Liv predicted. I’m not gonna give anything away , but I will say that while Joshua did me the qualifications the buyer was looking for, Live was so inexplicably drawn to him from the first moment she had seen him and no matter what he was going to be the one they took.

From early on he felt there was more to Liv than the cold Mistress vibe she was trying to portray. This story is so dark and all the webs that weave the ways this story connects all the characters together, Liv, Van, and Josh are emotional, and shocking. I felt ALL the feels in this book. Frustration, love, sickness, mad, sadness, desperation, overwhelmed, fear, redemption, angst and suspense. I loved Liv and Josh. I loved the hope he gave her. HOLY HOT HELL!! If I thought I loved Liv and Josh’s story, Yall! It had nothing on the number that Van and Amber’s story did on my heart. I HATED Van’s character for three fourths of book one and then right at the very end of book one something happens and I was in tears.
Y’all really he was disgusting, creepy and seemed to have no conscience whatsoever. He had this weird love with Liv, but it was misplaced. He was trained to be the tyrant he was, by people who he should have been able to depend on. Anyhoo, when we start with book two it’s around a year after the end of book one ended, and he is back up to his old watching/stalking ways, but there is a legit reason for it.
During his staking out he runs across Amber, a former beauty queen with agoraphobia. In his selfish mind he quickly realizes one; she may have more issues than him and two; she just might be able to help him with his plans. The more I learned about this woman I was just so heartbroken for her.
Van may be up to some of his old ways when he goes about helping Amber but OMG, this book is so freakin unexpected. It’s full of elements of violence, torture, emprisonment, with edgy BDSM themes used as coping mechanisms, yet it still a book oh so much hope and healing.
“I enslaved her for seven years because I was selfish. That’s not love, Amber, which was why I never thought to free her.”
We see such a side to Van I think we didn’t even know existed to help Amber. IN helping heal her, he healed so much of his own brokenness, learned to care for someone so much that your own agenda mattered less than protected them did. GAH! I will never be the same after this book. TBH Vanquish is probably one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE stories of vindication and redemption. Kennedy is a beautiful person inside and out, but she is emotionally damaged. Jax was the tragically damaged bad boy. Forever emotionally unavailable, but secretly had a heart of gold. I loved this complexity of his character. There were so many layers to what made this amazing man. The circumstances behind what made him the way he was, oh my heart y’all! This poor man suffered in silence and guilt for fifteen years.
Even though he was angry at first glance when he caught Kennedy there was something familiar about her he couldn’t quite put his finger on. I loved how they rediscovered all the old feelings.
“You were my sun,” he said. “After your letters stopped, the world became that much darker.”
His friendship with Connor was hilarious and helped to break up some of the seriousness and sadness in the book. I floved Connor. Actually I loved all the secondary characters. Crazy Joy and even the nosy town ladies. It was indicative of small town life and added a great element to Kennedy’s frame of mind and showcased the ups and downs she went through in her steps towards healing.
This book is most definitely an emotional journey. Both of our mains are flawed and heartbroken and have been through hades and back. But I believe it’s their imperfections that make them perfect for each other.
Don’t miss this highly emotional friends to lovers/second chance romance.

K. Webster, I bow down to you!! This book, y’all. This incredibly dark and dirty and twisted book! Now I have read MC romances, but I have not read a tale like Koyn and Hadley’s story. EVER!
It is crazy twisted and sick and unique and I was blown away by Koyn’s ability to worm his way into my heart. There was almost two sides to Koyn. There is the Koyn of the past, before he endured the worst possible experience anyone could ever go through and then the Koyn of today. The one that lives his life with one ultimate goal, to serve up revenge on the one(s) that took everything from him. I’m not even really a fan of the “call me daddy” kinda romance books, but I totally didn’t mind it this on AT ALL. This book was that amazing. No lie. 😍🔥😍
Hadley’s character invoked so many emotions in me. She was sassy and beautiful. Yet, she was broken and at the same time strong. She had been through unimaginable things. But she made it through and made it out. She got herself caught up in a rough and dangerous world by choice. Because it was preferable to her pampered pretty princess life with the devastatingly disgusting secrets kept behind closed doors. Doing her best to go as unnoticed as possible in the previous club won’t work for her after the events that led her to Koyn’s compound.
I don’t want to give too much away but the push and pull between her and Koyn, Holy GAH!! He’s drawn to her because she reminds him of his daughter. She views him as anything but a father. A Dirty Daddy, Yes! Delicious!! My heart melted and broke for him at the same time. I understand why he was the way he way towards Hadley, but then when he made a decision he did, it literally gutted me along with her.
His loyalty to his guys, his drive. It was hot. This man was broken and scarred, bit inside and out. He had a depth to him though. You could see glimpses of the man he used to be. Before he lost everything. His character was tortured and complex and I loved him.
The guys in Koyn’s club are some of the most sick and twisted, yet they are loyal and I’m drawn to them. I want all their stories.
I just know there is some special “old ladies” out there that will bring these rough yet sinfully hot, hog driving’ men to their knees! If you think you’ve read some nasty, just wait till you take a little trip to the slaughterhouse and see the Royal Bastards MC gang serve up a side of revenge in ways that only they can. It’s crazy insane. And I Floved Ever.Single.Second!

Whenever Ella Fields releases a new book I feel like I have to stop the world, shut out everyone and do nothing but devote myself to the magic that is her words until I have devoured every morsel. This book, this amazingly angsty Step-brother/Forbidden/Second Chance Romance was no exception to that rule. It was emotionally wrecking and beautiful at the same time. It broke me before it put me back together again.
Jackson and Willa were the ultimate experience of inevitable love. Everything about their journey will leave you breathless, in tears, and rooting for them to overcome all the obstacles before them. To ignore everything and everyone that could possibly stand in their way. Jackson the broody, beautiful boy that Willa isn’t supposed to love like that, but she does.
