My Review

My Friends! Wicked Princess was unputdownable, amazing, phenomenal, and fantastic. There was so much mystery surrounding this book. I will say that sent me in with some pretty high expectations already set. I felt Wicked Princess exceeded the expectations I had going in and more. What I loved was that Bianca’s story was so much more than what I was expecting, Bianca’s character was more. As far as her love interest I didn’t know who in the world we would see her paired with so I wasn’t even gonna try to speculate. I went into this book pretty much despising Bianca because of who she was in Cruel Prince and Ruthless Knight. She was definitely one of those you love to hate. She was repulsive. 

For this reason it is a MUST that you read the previous books in the series so you won’t be confused with who everyone is and the dynamics of the relationships surrounding them all. Especially their relationship with Bianca. 

But holy hades people, when it comes to my feelings about Bianca Covington…Like the character herself, I am a CHANGED WOMAN! I am so in love with her character now, the direction Ashley Jade went with her. I. Can’t. Even! 😭😍😭 

She redeemed Bianca C!! Holy geez! 🤯 She is just so tragically perfect and beautiful now, inside and out..WHAT? This broken, wicked princess has a broken crown now y’all! She was no longer on her pedestal above reigning down terror on all the masses and it actually both  broke my heart that she wasn’t and made me cheer.  The realizations surrounding it all made her far more superior in my eyes than she ever had been. Her suffering hurt me. The unveiling of all of the many layers to Bianca was a devastating pleasure to read. Her journey was so worth all suffering and pain she had to go through to come out on where she ended up. The growth and changes we see in her were infinite and nothing short of astounding. 

Now, I won’t give any spoilers as to who her beau is or what all happens with them and their incredible obstacles and there were obstacles, but I will say I devoured this book in mere hours. There were no other options. Life was on hold until I knew what was gonna happen. It was tough, often hard and heartbreaking at times. Some of the most painful thus far in this series, because we have to endure the most tragic parts of the pasts of the again as those secrets are again revealed and unearthed. 

You will be able to read this book really quickly, I did it in just a few hours. I couldn’t wait to see who,  what, and just how everything was going to play out for them.  

It happens very fast and this is a fairly short book especially when compared to her brother’s books. They were some BIG books. Not to worry though, you certainly don’t feel like you were slighted. Her book was just as good as her brother’s stories and I know for certain I am not alone when saying I absolutely cannot wait for the next book in the series. Bring it on!

🔥Steam Rating 🔥🔥🔥- This definitely had some hot to it. It had some unexpected steamy things, but for the relationship it was some slower burning build up.
