Release Date: June 3

Two years ago, Reed Jackson betrayed Calliope Thorne and broke her heart. So she stole his most prized possession – a white mustang – and drove it into the lake for revenge.

Now, Callie is stuck at a reform school while Reed is off at college, living his life without repercussions.

Until he comes back.

With him comes back all the feelings that Callie has been trying to bury: anger and heartbreak.

But most of all, desire. At the sight of his beautiful but lying lips and his gunmetal gray eyes that still taunt and smolder when he looks at her.

Whatever though. It’s not as if Callie is ever going to fall for her ex-boyfriend again. Or let him corner her in a bar one night and touch her, kiss her…

Neither is she going to kiss him back. Or worse, sleep with him.

Because that would make her naïve and foolish.

Oh, and also pregnant.

And there’s no way Callie is ever going to get pregnant at eighteen and with Reed’s baby, no less. The guy she hates.

The guy who taught her all about heartbreak. Who might look like a gorgeous hero but really
is the villain of her story.

NOTE: This story is a standalone and does not contain cheating.

My Review

Holy moly!!!  Talk about a fairy bringing the villain to his knees. Now I’m not sure exactly what I was expecting when I went into this book but this was more than. It was frustratingly angsty. I spent much of this book anticipating the moment when Callie and Reed would get it together. If they’d ever get it together. I loved the push and pull and underlying tension between them for much of this book. It brought such a dark sexiness to the background of everything that was going on and made me hope against all hope that they would be able to work out their crap. There was just something that made you sympathetic to Callie because of the way Reedhad hurt her, and there was definitely something that made your heart bleed for Reed.

Reed Roman Jackson is legit the villain of my dreams. He’s hot, rich and alpha AF. He’s super protective of his Fae and he’s self punishing to the nth degree. I loved how he said he didn’t love anything or anyone but you could just tell he had this huge capacity to love if he could only realize it.

Calliope Thorne’s character was so perfectly written and perfect for the heroine to compliment Reed Roman Jackson. This tiny fiery ballerina with so much spirit and love to give and not a bit of fear when it came to standing up to the big huge men in her life.

Now the first ⅓ of this book is the prequel, The Wild Mustang and the Dancing Fairy. Then the rest is two years after the incident that happens in the prequel. Get ready to see some big time character growing, especially in the last ⅓ of this book. There is so much in the story that finally explains why our Wild Mustang is the way he is, and why he is unable to love anyone. Or has he finally found the ones he loves more than anything?

I’m obsessed with the level of alpha/possessiveness. It’s fanning yourself over and over, sweating and jaw dropping kinda hot. I Love it so much!

⭐️ Star Rating- ✨✨✨✨ ½ This is definitely a must read for second chance, enemies to lovers, NA, angst lovers, hot baby daddy lovin’ fans.

♨️ Flames of heat- 🔥🔥🔥 This is not a book full of sexy scenes but the tension is super nice. There are a couple of hot scenes that will get ya excited but there’s definitely lots of great build up!

🌪 Cliffhanger Warning– NO CLIFFHANGER! Perfect HEA and teeny taste of what’s to come in Bronywn’s book! I can’t wait!
