My Review

GAAHHHH!! My heart Y’all, my poor heart! It has legit been through the ringer with this book. I was dying waiting for the conclusion to this trilogy after I stopped breathing at the end of the last book. Dylan Allen and her gift with words had me sucked in, so entranced I was left devastated. I wasn’t willing to accept that this was the direction things were going for my Beth and Carter. Their journey was so emotionally insane but gripping and wonderful at the same time. It was an absolute necessity for them endure all they had to go through to become who they were by the end, and I loved them even more for that. The Carter and Beth you first meet in book one are not the Carter and Beth you leave at the end of book three. I love the kinds of stories that completely shatter me before putting me back together again. Dylan Allen is clearly a master of her craft because she did just that!!

Beth’s character probably saw the most growth of all. I love the strength she gained throughout the trilogy, but especially in book three. She’s strong and sassy and resilient. She’s become this empowering woman comfortable in her own skin, despite all the ways her upbringing tried to destroy her and it was inspiring. I wanted so badly for her to get revenge for everything bad that has ever happened to her. I wanted for her to get her guy and her HEA.

Carter, Holy flippin Hell I love this guy. Hot, so musically gifted it hurts. He this perfect blend of sweetness but dirty talking, bad boy, Alpha in the bedroom. It’s beyond seventh circle of Hades kinda hot. 🔥You just have to read it!! Even with his successes he couldn’t forget about Beth. He became what she knew he always could. She still owned his heart. He made some mistakes along the way while they were apart, but he was doing his best to right those wrongs.

The blow they had been dealt was impossible. To Carter ,Beth would always be the most beautiful woman in the world. She was everything to him, always had been, since he first saw her. The chemistry between Carter and Beth is off the charts hot,hot, hot!!
This is a must read trilogy for all the angst, heat, suspense, and twists!!
